• The 2004 Crime prevention week will take place next week, November 7th to the 13th, and the Bromont Police department states that your involvement and collaboration are key tools in fighting crime. You may contact the Police department at any time : 534-3131.

  • Starting November 15th, night parking (from 2 am to 7 am) will be prohibited in all streets. As winter is almost here, the Public works department is seeking Bromonters' co-operation to help the snow removal process. Please make sure garbage and recycle bins are placed away from the street.

Community life

  • Les Jazzeries choir will be performing this year at the Community Center, Saturday November 20th at 8:30 pm. Tickets are available ($8 per person) at the Community Center, City Hall and the Library.

  • The Bahai community of Bromont will celebrate Children's day on November 13th at the Community centre. Entertainment and activities provided by Bromont artists will start at 7 pm. Contact Shapour Pirmoradi at 534-1422 for more information.

  • Again this year, don't miss the Arts and crafts show ("Salon des artisans") on November 20th and 21st at the Arena, from 10 am to 4 pm. Contact Lyne Beaudry at 534-5617 for more info..

  • Take advantage of the free skating rink access at the Arena every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, and Sundays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
