• You see an out of order lamp post: either fill the complaints and information requests form or call the Public works department at 534-3420.
  
  
• You see a straying animal: call Public security at 534-3131.
  
  
• You see a dead animal on the road: either fill the complaints and information requests form or call the Public works department at 534-3420.
  
  
• You see graffiti: either fill the complaints and information requests form or call the Public works department at 534-3420
  
  
• Your recycle bin disappeared or must be replaced: either fill the complaints and information requests form or call the Public works department at 534-3420
  
  
• You want to install a swimming pool, a cabin, etc. : obtain a permit from City Hall or call 534-2021.
  
  
• You see a water main leak or witness a significant drop of water pressure: call Public works at 534-3420 or, after working hours, call Public security 534-3131.
  
  
• You see smoke or fire : call Public security at 534-3131 or 9-1-1
  
  
• You want to organize a garage sale: in 2012, garage sales are allowed on the weekends of June 9th-10th and of August 11th-12th. No fees are applicable. For more information, contact City Hall from 8:45 am to noon and from 1 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, at (450) 534-2021.
