Description: Covering the South-East side of Mont Soleil is the Lac Bromont district where two lakes can be found: Lac Bromont and a smaller lake, Lac Gale located within the Balnéa Spa resort. Located on Mont Brome alongside the Bromont equestrian Olympic site is the Val des Irlandais residential development and the Cercle des Cantons.

Infrastructure: Residents and visitors have access to the municipal beach of Lac Bromont and a playground both located on Frontenac street. Another playground is set up on Horizon street. In addition to the Olympic equestrian center, this district includes the Pacific street East industrial park, next to Shefford district.
