Description: Residents in this neighbourhood live right by the mountain. The territory expands from the top of Mont Soleil to the East-side limits of Golf et Auberge Bromont. Many homes are located right on the mountain which means skiers have a direct access the slopes.

Infrastructure: The hearth of this district is home to the popular resort SkiBromont.com This landmark offers year round activities including sking and mountain-bike trails and a fully outfitted water park. The Château Bromont and the SPA concept are also established in this area. Two playgrounds are available for citizens: one on Papineau street and the other between Sorel and Roberval streets. Even though the landscape is shaped by the mountain, the majority of homes can subscribe to cable TV and high-speed internet if desired.
