Description: Located in a rural area, this is Bromont's largest neighbourhood. The Yamaska river crosses this district. The Eastern Townships freeway exit 74 leads to this district through Pierre Laporte boulevard which links both cities of Granby and Cowansville. This neighbourhood features residential developments located either in Mont Brome and Mont Gale and close to the river.

Infrastructure: The Bromont high technology industrial park seats in this district where multinationals are established: IBM, GE, Dalsa, Québecor and others. The park facilities include fiber optic communications and high-voltage lines directly feeding the corporations' power needs. Fire station #3, located within the park, boasts a tall-ladder truck. The regional airport is also located there as well as the city's water-management plant.
