Description: This district has two sectors: on the urban side, Shefford street from the Township of Shefford limit to the Granby and Des Carrières crossing, and on the country side with Compton and Granby roads, alongside the Yamaska river including de Lotbinière and l'Assomption roads. Most of this sector has access to cable TV and high speed internet.

Infrastructure: City Hall, the Police and Fire stations are located in this district. The municipal library, community center, arena and Internet café, as well as different playgrounds including tennis courts are opened to Bromont residents. Two golf courses, le Parcours du Vieux Village and le Royal Bromont, as well as three residential developments (le Royal Bromont, le Parcours du Vieux Village and le Carré des pins) offer new residents many options to choose from. Three campgrounds are also located at Exit 78 of Highway 10.
