Even though Bromont is a well known
place to practise sports of all kinds and where many sporting
events are held, culture and the arts have not been neglected.
In order to provide a rich and dynamic cultural environment for
its residents, the city of Bromont recently adopted a Cultural
policy. Popular cultural events like concerts, festivals and art
exhibitions take place through out the year for residents and
visitors to enjoy.
For chocolate lovers all over, the
month of May means the return of La
fête du chocolat (Chocolate Fest) which began in 2001
and attracted over 30,000 visitors during the 2 weekends of activities.
Among other things, visitors were charmed by the chocolate sculptures
and delicacies, the Bal du chocolat and the porto and chocolate
tasting.

On Sunday afternoons throughout the
summer, Les Beaux Dimanches de Bromont offer free outdoor concerts
in St-John Church park. These performances provide a wonderful
opportunity for local artists to be seen and heard. The concerts
start in June and last until the end of August.
Every year around mid-august, Bromont
is host to the Symposium
